Esto puede conducir a efectos secundarios no deseados como el estre\u00f1imiento, la fatiga y la irritabilidad.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Pero despu\u00e9s de los 40 a\u00f1os, su requerimiento diario de carbohidratos puede disminuir.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos de mis clientes descubren que no pueden comer grandes porciones de carbohidratos sin ganar peso o luchar por perderlo.<\/p>\n<p>La mejor resoluci\u00f3n es optimizar la calidad de los carbohidratos que comen (digamos calabaza sobre pan procesado).<\/p>\n<p>Y pensar en los carbohidratos como un peque\u00f1o agregado a una comida, en lugar de la atracci\u00f3n principal.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, un cliente com\u00eda frecuentemente burritos vegetarianos, hechos con una tortilla de harina integral, arroz integral, frijoles negros, salsa y guacamole.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de ser un caminante y practicar yoga, la balanza no se mov\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El culpable: un excedente de carbohidratos. Ese burrito conten\u00eda 120 gramos de carbohidratos.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Cuando cambiamos su burrito por una ensalada hecha con una base de hojas verdes cubierta con vegetales de fajita, salsa, frijoles negros y guacamole, los carbohidratos bajaron a 42 gramos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1361 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Guacamole-300x205.png\" alt=\"\u00bfC\u00f3mo bajar de peso r\u00e1pido?\" width=\"300\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Guacamole-300x205.png 300w, https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Guacamole-768x525.png 768w, https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Guacamole.png 918w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Todav\u00eda se sent\u00eda llena, satisfecha y con energ\u00eda, y la balanza comenz\u00f3 a moverse. La lecci\u00f3n: los carbohidratos no engordan ni son malos de por s\u00ed, as\u00ed que no es necesario desterrarlos por completo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.-Come m\u00e1s vegetales<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Comienza con las verduras primero, luego construye tus comidas alrededor de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>A menudo recomiendo incluir una taza completa de vegetales sin almid\u00f3n en el desayuno, y al menos dos tazas en cada comida y cena.<\/p>\n<p>Un m\u00ednimo de cinco tazas al d\u00eda (piensa en cinco porciones del tama\u00f1o de una pelota de tenis) proporcionar\u00e1 valiosos nutrientes y ofrecer\u00e1 protecci\u00f3n contra las enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p>Pero estas verduras tambi\u00e9n van a aumentar la plenitud, a\u00f1adir volumen a las comidas, ayudar a regular los niveles de az\u00facar e insulina en la sangre, y apoyar la digesti\u00f3n saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Todo lo cual se suma a la gesti\u00f3n de peso sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las m\u00e1s de 40 mujeres con las que trabajo sobreestiman su consumo de verduras y, seg\u00fan el CDC, s\u00f3lo el 9% de los adultos comen el m\u00ednimo recomendado.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>3.-Ten cuidado con el alcohol<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Muchas de mis clientas de m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os no ven que la b\u00e1scula se mueva hasta que reducen el consumo de alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>El alcohol es dif\u00edcil, porque con moderaci\u00f3n puede ayudar a controlar el peso, seg\u00fan las investigaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Pero las mujeres que beben en exceso o que se dan un atrac\u00f3n de bebida tienen un mayor riesgo de obesidad.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>El consumo moderado de alcohol significa un trago al d\u00eda (y no, no se arrastran), lo que equivale a cinco onzas de vino, 12 onzas de cerveza o un trago de 1,5 onzas de licor.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Si te bebes media botella de vino la mayor\u00eda de las noches, puede haber varios problemas en juego.<\/p>\n<p>Primero, el alcohol tiende a reducir las inhibiciones y a estimular el apetito, por lo que puede terminar comiendo m\u00e1s, a menudo sin pensar.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, cuando se consume alcohol, su descomposici\u00f3n se convierte en la principal prioridad del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que los alimentos consumidos con alcohol tienen menos probabilidades de ser quemados.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el exceso de alcohol puede perturbar el sue\u00f1o, y un ciclo de sue\u00f1o saludable est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con el metabolismo y el control de peso.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Reducir gradualmente, limitar el alcohol a los fines de semana solamente, o frenar el consumo a un m\u00e1ximo de una bebida por d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1360 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Alguien-rechazando-una-cerveza-300x205.png\" alt=\"\u00bfc\u00f3mo bajar de peso r\u00e1pido?\" width=\"300\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Alguien-rechazando-una-cerveza-300x205.png 300w, https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Alguien-rechazando-una-cerveza-768x525.png 768w, https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Alguien-rechazando-una-cerveza.png 918w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>4.-No comas alimentos \u201clight\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Muchas de mis clientas siguen atascadas en mentalidades anticuadas de p\u00e9rdida de peso.<\/p>\n<p>Una implica comer alimentos diet\u00e9ticos, esos productos altamente procesados hechos con qu\u00edmicos artificiales dise\u00f1ados para ser m\u00e1s bajos en calor\u00edas, carbohidratos, az\u00facar o grasa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Recomiendo que se elimine todo esto para siempre! Adem\u00e1s de ser completamente insatisfactorias, las comidas diet\u00e9ticas pueden causar estragos en el apetito, desencadenar la inflamaci\u00f3n, alterar las bacterias saludables en el intestino relacionadas con el control de peso y sobrecargar el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9rdida de peso saludable y sostenible no se trata de hacer dieta.<\/p>\n<p>La privaci\u00f3n y los enfoques de seguir o no seguir, al final resultan contraproducentes.<\/p>\n<p>En su lugar, adoptar una mentalidad de equilibrio, es decir, no comer en exceso o en defecto, con un enfoque en la nutrici\u00f3n, no en la restricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Puede parecer aburrido, y no es una soluci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida.
