Sol\u00edan ser rechazados por su contenido en grasa.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora sabemos que la grasa monoinsaturada de los aguacates es una grasa saludable, sin mencionar que contienen antioxidantes como la lute\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>Los aguacates tambi\u00e9n pueden ayudar a sentirse lleno, seg\u00fan un peque\u00f1o estudio publicado en el Journal of Nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores a\u00f1adieron cerca de la mitad de un aguacate Hass al almuerzo de 26 adultos con sobrepeso.<\/p>\n<p>Y probaron cu\u00e1n llenos los mantuvo durante las cinco horas despu\u00e9s de comer.<\/p>\n<p>Calificaron su apetito en una escala visual antes y despu\u00e9s del almuerzo, y los resultados muestran que en comparaci\u00f3n con la comida de control sin aguacate&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>El almuerzo con aguacate a\u00f1adido mantuvo a los participantes 23 por ciento m\u00e1s satisfechos.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>3.-Aceite de oliva<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El aceite de oliva es la principal grasa utilizada para cocinar en la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que alrededor del 40 por ciento de esta dieta proviene de la grasa, esta forma de comer podr\u00eda ser un camino viable para la p\u00e9rdida su mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>En un estudio de un a\u00f1o de duraci\u00f3n publicado en el Journal of the American College of Nutrition, las dietas mediterr\u00e1neas con alto contenido de aceite de oliva:<\/p>\n<p>Dieron lugar a importantes reducciones de peso y de la circunferencia de la cintura.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien una dieta baja en grasas tambi\u00e9n condujo a la p\u00e9rdida de peso, el estudio demostr\u00f3 que una dieta mediterr\u00e1nea puede ser una alternativa eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>Si me han seguido durante mucho tiempo, tambi\u00e9n sabr\u00e1n que soy partidario de la dieta cetog\u00e9nica, que pone un gran \u00e9nfasis en las grasas saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando compres tu aceite de oliva, ten en cuenta que no todos los aceites son creados iguales.<\/p>\n<p>Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio que encontr\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda (73 por ciento) de las marcas de aceite de oliva m\u00e1s comunes vendidas\u00a0 estaban diluidas con otros aceites.<\/p>\n<p>Esos son en realidad los aceites de los que usted quiere mantenerse alejado.<\/p>\n<p>El Consejo del Aceite de Oliva de California ofrece una certificaci\u00f3n de autenticidad que puede buscar en las botellas de aceite de oliva en la tienda de comestibles.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>4.-Huevos estrellados<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El huevo ofrece prote\u00ednas saciantes, grasas saludables y es una de las pocas fuentes de vitamina D que se consumen com\u00fanmente.<\/p>\n<p>Pero s\u00f3lo si se come el huevo entero, ya que muchos de los nutrientes est\u00e1n en la yema.<\/p>\n<p>Los ensayos cl\u00ednicos tambi\u00e9n sugieren que la inclusi\u00f3n de huevos puede ayudar a controlar el peso:<\/p>\n<p>Uno de estos estudios, publicado en el International Journal of Obesity, compar\u00f3 los alimentos t\u00edpicos del desayuno: huevos contra bagels.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio incluy\u00f3 un desayuno de 340 calor\u00edas &#8211;
