{"id":2479,"date":"2021-06-04T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-04T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/?p=2479"},"modified":"2021-06-02T18:07:28","modified_gmt":"2021-06-02T18:07:28","slug":"conexion-entre-las-emociones-y-el-cuerpo-fisico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/conexion-entre-las-emociones-y-el-cuerpo-fisico\/","title":{"rendered":"Conexi\u00f3n entre las emociones y el cuerpo f\u00edsico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La experiencia corporal de cualquier emoci\u00f3n es casi instant\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de los primeros segundos de experimentar una emoci\u00f3n negativa, las personas tensan autom\u00e1ticamente los m\u00fasculos de la mand\u00edbula y alrededor de los ojos y la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero no s\u00f3lo el estr\u00e9s tiene un efecto en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ira y el orgullo encienden la cabeza, el cuello y los hombros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El amor y la felicidad llenan casi todo el cuerpo, especialmente el coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ansiedad y el miedo activan el pecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La depresi\u00f3n desactiva la mayor parte del cuerpo, especialmente las extremidades, lo que es consistente con la sensaci\u00f3n de extremidades pesadas que experimentan muchas personas con depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer para evitar almacenar emociones negativas en nuestros m\u00fasculos tensos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f3mate un momento para ver d\u00f3nde podr\u00eda estar almacenando el estr\u00e9s en tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed hay algunas \u00e1reas comunes de tensi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>1. Cejas. Sentirse deprimido o preocupado puede hacer que se frunza el ce\u00f1o, sin siquiera darte cuenta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/personadeprimida.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/personadeprimida-300x205.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"205\"><\/a><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e9 hacer: suelta la frente levantando y bajando las cejas 2-3 veces. Adem\u00e1s, inhala profundamente mientras cierras y entrecierras los ojos con fuerza, y luego exhala mientras liberas la tensi\u00f3n y abres los ojos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mand\u00edbula.
