Esto hace que tengan propiedades antimicrobianas y antiinflamatorias. Estos alimentos son excelentes para proteger al sistema inmunol\u00f3gico. Adem\u00e1s ayudan a controlar el colesterol. Ayuda a que las personas mejoren la memoria, refuerza las defensas de los organismos, adem\u00e1s de ser una gran fuente de vitamina C, por lo cual son alimentos perfectos para mejorar el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.
