Estas tostadas no contienen calor\u00edas por lo que son un snack perfecto si tienes antojo de algo dulce.<\/p><p>El chocolate amargo tambi\u00e9n es una buena opci\u00f3n para snack en dieta.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/chocolate.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2931\" src=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/chocolate-300x205.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/chocolate-300x205.png 300w, https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/chocolate-768x525.png 768w, https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/chocolate.png 918w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Igualmente, si tienes antojo de algo muy dulce como un pastel, puedes comer un pu\u00f1ado de frutos secos, puedes mezclar tantitos ar\u00e1ndanos con nuez y almendras, pero ojo no debes comer m\u00e1s de 5 nueces y almendras.<\/p><p>Ahora si tienes antojo de algo salado como unas papas fritas, puedes comer en su lugar tostadas horneadas, as\u00ed mismo puedes preparar en casa palomitas de ma\u00edz sin mantequilla y solo con una pizca de sal. Un pu\u00f1ado puede ser suficiente para terminar con tu antojo.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/palomitas.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" sustituirlo por infusiones o t\u00e9s helados, igualmente puedes tomar una limonada mineral, que es una excelente manera de quitar el calor en verano.<\/p><p>Y para m\u00e1s antojos de verano, si tienes antojo de comer un helado, el yogurt griego natural es una gran opci\u00f3n, lo puedes mezclar con tu fruta favorita y dejar unas cuantas horas en tu congelador y listo tienes un snack perfecto
