A partir de las 46 horas de trabajo semanal se puede incrementar el riesgo de sufrir un ataque al coraz\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Consejo 2: Reduce la tensi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p><p>Aunque esto parezca imposible, trata de mantener la calma durante el d\u00eda, vivir estresado puede ser una de las principales causas de infartos. Para poder relajarte puedes realizar un poco de meditaci\u00f3n y ejercicio. Come m\u00e1s alimentos que contengan menos grasas, as\u00ed mismo incluye m\u00e1s frutas y vegetales a tu dieta.<\/p><p><a
