no lo hacen porque tienen miedo de perder los nutrientes que se encuentran en los alimentos de origen animal. Es por eso que los expertos recomiendan tomar suplementos de vitamina B12.<\/p><p>Miquel Giron\u00e9s, nutricionistas y director del canal Club Vida 20 menciona que se pueden obtener los nutrientes necesarios, siempre y cuando se tenga una buena planificaci\u00f3n nutricional.<\/p><p>Se recomienda que, para tener una dieta vegana equilibrada, las personas deben incluir:<\/p><ul><li>Al menos tres raciones de fruta al d\u00eda.<\/li><li>Dos t\u00e9s o infusiones al d\u00eda.<\/li><li>Una ensalada abundante (pueden ser vegetales crudos o cocidos).<\/li><\/ul><p>Recuerda llenar de colores tu ensalada, para aprovechar todos los beneficios.
