As\u00ed mismo las manzanas ayudan a que los pacientes tengan un estado de \u00e1nimo m\u00e1s estable.<\/p><p><strong>Zanahoria<\/strong><\/p><p>Las zanahorias son una gran opci\u00f3n para vigorizar la mente, puesto que su alto contenido en potasio y f\u00f3sforo convierte a la zanahoria en una gran opci\u00f3n para regenerar los nervios.
