la alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Esta celebraci\u00f3n es promovida por la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Esta fecha se promulg\u00f3 con la finalidad de disminuir el hambre en el mundo y de promover una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<\/p><p>Una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable puede prevenir muchas enfermedades y da\u00f1os en las personas.<\/p><p>Algunas de las enfermedades que puede causar una mala alimentaci\u00f3n son:<\/p><ul><li>Obesidad<\/li><li>Enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/li><li>Diabetes<\/li><li>C\u00e1ncer<\/li><li>Osteoporosis<\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/kiitos.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/insulina.png\"><img estas enfermedades debes llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<\/p><p>Algunos consejos para llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable son:<\/p><p><strong>Consejo 1. Comer alimentos variados.<\/strong><\/p><p>Llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada te ayudar\u00e1 a obtener los nutrientes de los diferentes alimentos.<\/p><p><strong>Consejo 2. Come raciones moderas.<\/strong><\/p><p>Comer peque\u00f1as reacciones te ayuda a equilibrar tu alimentaci\u00f3n porque de esta manera comes un poco de todo.
