f\u00f3lico son:<\/p><ul><li>Vegetales de hojas verde.<\/li><li>C\u00edtricos y frutos secos.<\/li><li>Carnes.<\/li><li>Legumbres y granos integrales.<\/li><li>Avena<\/li><\/ul><p><a
