voy a comer porque tengo hambre o algo m\u00e1s esta causando esto? Para poder responder esta pregunta, puedes pensar en cualquier comida que no te guste tanto y decir \u201c\u00bfEn este momento me comer\u00eda esto?\u201d Si la respuesta es no, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos es alimentaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/li><li>Al momento de estar comiendo pon atenci\u00f3n en aqu\u00ed y ahora, no pienses en todos los pendientes que tengas, disfruta ese momento. As\u00ed mismo no realices otras tareas o actividades mientras comas, mucho menos las que te puedan provocar ansiedad.<\/li><li>Come sentado. Si evitas comer de pie evitas realizar otras actividades<\/li><li>Come lento y mastica varias veces, esto ayuda a que el intestino pueda digerir mejor la comida y mandarla al cerebro esa acci\u00f3n de saciedad.<\/li><li>Ve con un nutri\u00f3logo o profesional.
