As\u00ed mismo viste en capas si el fr\u00edo llega hacer muy extremo.<\/li><li>Protege tu cabeza, orejas, manos y pies, puesto que por estas partes del cuerpo es muy com\u00fan que entre el fr\u00edo. Puedes usar gorras, bufandas y guantes para mantener protegido.<\/li><li>No olvides calentar. El calentamiento te ayuda a que tu cuerpo se acostumbre a mantenerse en una sola temperatura.
