Los efectos secundarios m\u00e1s comunes incluyen n\u00e1useas, v\u00f3mitos, diarrea y fatiga.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En conclusi\u00f3n, si tienes VIH es importante llevar una dieta balanceada, evitar alimentos procesados y bebidas azucaradas, y beber mucha agua. Tambi\u00e9n debes evitar el alcohol y el tabaco.
