Sazona con guindilla y hierbas arom\u00e1ticas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cocina en el horno caliente durante 5 minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tan pronto como se derrita el queso, sacar de la sart\u00e9n y escurrir los crujientes sobre papel de cocina.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><span style=\"color: #f2471f;\"><b>Gratinado de hinojo<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hinojo 4, grande<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceite de oliva extra virgen<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pimienta reci\u00e9n molida<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queso mozzarella 250 g<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procedimiento:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para preparar el gratinado de hinojo, comienza limpiando y lavando el hinojo, luego c\u00f3rtalo en dos partes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reserva el hinojo verde. Pon a hervir un cazo con agua y sal y blanquea el hinojo durante unos 8-10 minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e1calos del agua con una espumadera y col\u00f3calos en una fuente refractaria (con el lado cortado hacia arriba) untado con un poco de aceite de oliva.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haz una salsa con 3 cucharadas de aceite, 2 cucharadas de jugo de lim\u00f3n, sal, pimienta, hinojo verde finamente picado y sazonar.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta la mozzarella en rodajas y esparcirla sobre el hinojo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasar el molde por debajo de la parrilla del horno y derrite y dora la mozzarella.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El gratinado de hinojo est\u00e1 listo, s\u00edrvase inmediatamente.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><span style=\"color: #f2471f;\"><b>Turr\u00f3n de chocolate con almendras<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 g Chocolate negro m\u00ednimo 85%<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">125 g Almendras crudas<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 ml Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sal<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procedimiento:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tostamos las almendras un poquito en la sart\u00e9n sin aceite, para que no se queme revolvemos bien. Dejamos enfriar.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Picamos el chocolate en trozos finitos y ponemos a calentar un recipiente para poner a ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda, ten cuidado que no hierva y que no toque el recipiente superior.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Echamos la mitad del chocolate al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda, lo derretimos y a\u00f1adimos el resto de chocolate y lo mantenemos al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda hasta que se funda el chocolate quedando una pasta homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n mezclamos el chocolate con aceite de oliva, removemos con las varillas suavemente, hasta que quede totalmente incorporado. Si queremos, podemos echar una pizquita de sal para darle m\u00e1s sabor.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repartimos las almendras en un molde y vertemos el chocolate sobre ellas, ayud\u00e1ndonos de una pala, lo distribuimos bien por encima.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cubrimos todo bien con el fin de que las almendras queden perfectamente cubiertas y sin burbujas de aire. Ya solo queda que se enfr\u00ede a temperatura ambiente y se solidifique completamente, este proceso puede durar unas 4 horas. Una vez endurecido, ya podemos servirlo.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><span style=\"color: #f2471f;\"><b>Huevos rellenos de at\u00fan y mayonesa<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 Huevos<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 At\u00fan en aceite en lata<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">45 ml Mayonesa<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20 Aceitunas rellenas de anchoa<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salsa de tomate<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procedimiento:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es cocer los huevos durante 10 minutos en agua hirviendo, transcurrido este tiempo, los sacamos del agua y los introducimos en agua fr\u00eda.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez fr\u00edos, los pelamos y cortamos por la mitad a lo largo. Sacamos las yemas y las reservamos para utilizarlas posteriormente para decorar.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cubrimos el fondo de una bandeja o fuente con la salsa de tomates y cogemos un bol y a\u00f1adimos el at\u00fan, la mayonesa y las aceitunas, \u00e9stas \u00faltimas las habremos troceado previamente, reservando unas pocas para decorar. Removemos bien la mezcla<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayud\u00e1ndonos de una cuchara, rellenamos con la mezcla los huevos que hab\u00edamos colocado en una bandeja, le damos forma y lo adornamos con los restos de aceitunas que hab\u00edamos reservado.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la bandeja con salsa de tomate, colocamos los huevos con la mezcla, desmenuzamos las yemas que hab\u00edamos reservado y adornamos la bandeja con ellas.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas cinco recetas cetog\u00e9nicas son perfectas para aquellos que tienen poco tiempo o ingredientes.
