Primero 7, luego 10 y 12 km.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfAdivina qu\u00e9? Gan\u00e9 m\u00e1s peso. Podr\u00edas decir: &#8220;Estabas ganando m\u00fasculo&#8221;. Pero est\u00e1s equivocado. Estaba comiendo significativamente m\u00e1s.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>El ejercicio te hace sentir hambre durante todo el d\u00eda. \u00a1Y te hace querer las comidas equivocadas! Alimentos altos en grasas y azucarados.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, como hiciste un buen ejercicio por la ma\u00f1ana, sientes que puedes comer lo que quieras.\u00a0\ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2><strong># 2 Error. Estaba haciendo el mismo ejercicio todos los d\u00edas.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Nuestros cuerpos son muy inteligentes. Quieren variedad. Y no solo de comida, sino tambi\u00e9n de ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Eventualmente te acostumbrar\u00e1s a correr exactamente la misma distancia a la misma intensidad, y comenzar\u00e1s a quemar menos y menos calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2><strong># 3 Error. Cuando comenc\u00e9 a ganar peso, comenc\u00e9 a hacer m\u00e1s cardio.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Probablemente el mayor error. Cardio en realidad puede causar p\u00e9rdida de masa muscular.
